HOW TO RECEIVE YOUR TICKETS
Regardless of the delivery method you select, your ticket purchase history is stored in your account at our ticketing provider, TicketsWest. If for some reason you are unable to locate your tickets, you can look up the transaction online or ask the AJFF Box Office for help.
This is a free service. The Atlanta Jewish Film Festival is pleased to offer electronic delivery of your tickets as PDFs by email, which may then be printed at home or displayed on your smartphone. For films in the Virtual Cinema, each ticket will include the voucher code you must enter to watch the film. Drive-in tickets will need to be presented for scanning upon arrival at the event.
Note: Will Call is not available for the 2021 festival.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION & POLICIES
For virtual screenings, you may begin viewing the film at any time in the release window. The release window is printed on the event ticket and in the program guide. For drive-in screenings, festivalgoers are encouraged to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to showtime. Drive-in parking is assigned in order of arrival.
Inventory is limited for both Virtual Cinema and drive-in screenings. If a film is noted as sold out, that means there are no tickets available for that event. There is no standby list available for any events in the 2021 festival.
All drive-in screenings are general parking. Spots are occupied on a first-come, first-served basis. All festivalgoers must depart the venue at the conclusion of each screening.
Due to circumstances beyond our control, certain films may be rescheduled or cancelled without prior notice. AJFF is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or forgotten tickets. All ticket sales are final; no refunds or returns.
AJFF strives to provide a safe, pleasant and secure environment for festivalgoers. Please take all personal belongings as you exit the event. AJFF is not responsible for personal items left behind at the event site.
All AJFF drive-in screenings are monitored with the assistance of trained security personnel. AJFF reserves the right to search the personal belongings of any attendee. AJFF reserves the right to refuse entry into or eject from the venue any disruptive attendees. No guns, knives, explosives, or other weapons are allowed at AJFF events. AJFF is also monitoring all virtual programs and reserves the right to revoke access to anyone found to be illegally sharing film access, or engaging in conduct that is inappropriate, disruptive, abusive, or threatening.
